A new report published by the Spanish Association of Franchisers (AEF) shows that food sector is the most important one among franchises, due to its total sales revenue volume and number of employees per premise.
AEF points out that, during last year, 12 new brands has appeared.
On the last fiscal years there has been a constant growth: from 37 franchises registered in 2012, this year there are 72.
